Terms and Condition to Acquire Car Rental Services

Your experience is important to us. We value your trust and are committed to protecting and safeguarding it. However, when opting-in for any service of ZOYA TOURS, following terms & conditions are apply. You are requested to read the following terms in order to avoid inconvenience.

Minimum Age   
23 years
Additional driver
All the drivers of the car must provide identification and provide documents
Identification
NIC card and passport is mandatory for all self-drive rentals.
Driving License
Renter must possess a valid driving license held for minimum 1 year.
Delivery & collection
Available within city limits @ Rs, 200/- one way.
Collision Damage Waiver
Rs, 500 per day. (Full day rent – the waiver will be charged per day in case of accident)
Fuel
Not included in rates. Cars are delivered and returned with a full tank. If a car is not returned with a full tank then the cost of fuel and a 10% surcharge will be charged.
Taxes     
Toll, parking fee or any other levies as per government rulings.
Replacement 
Available from our nearest station in case of breakdown, accident.
Hours and Days 
12 hrs will be counted as one day. Extra hours will be charged as per the hourly rates.
Other terms 
Missing or lost accessories and tools would be charged extra.
